It All Started in Malibu in 2011…

Entrepreneur and fashion lover, Diane Prince Johnston knew in the fall of 2011 that she

wanted to start a business in the direct selling industry where she would be able to exercise her entrepreneurial spirit, have the flexibility to spend more time raising her children and provide a business opportunity for women worldwide.


After considerable thought and research, Diane started Winnie & Kat, a California-based company that designs, manufactures and distributes high quality, contemporary knit clothing for women. Structured as a party plan, Winnie & Kat is sold both online and via hosted trunk shows. Winne & Kat was officially launched in February 2013 and became a client of Metrics Global, Inc. in May, 2012.

Looking Ahead

Diane’s plans for the next 2-3 years include growing to 1000 independent stylists and expanding to the Canadian market. Of course, because Metrics Global has international payment processing, Diane won’t have to worry about transitioning to a different company as her business grows.
